Hello friends of this community, during these hot days I really feel like making juices that help me cool down and delight my palate. In this case, I made a combination that I had wanted to try for quite some time because I felt that the ingredients are very good for replenishing energy. What's more, it's a very healthy and tasty juice that can accompany your meals, and I can see that I wasn't wrong, because it turned out very tasty, and I am already looking forward to having it again. It is also very easy to prepare because it only has three ingredients: melon, banana, and spinach. So, follow along with me in the step-by-step instructions.

1 melon, 1 banana, 1/2 cup spinach, sugar to taste.
Para esta receta, lavé el melón, le quité las semillas y la cáscara, y lo corté en trozos, igual que el cambur.
Puse un vaso de agua en la licuadora, junto con el melón, el cambur, las hojas de espinaca (previamente lavadas y desinfectadas con agua y vinagre) y el azúcar.
I put a glass of water in the blender, along with the melon, banana, spinach leaves (previously washed and disinfected with water and vinegar), and sugar.
I pressed the blender button and blended for three minutes until everything was well mixed and there were no lumps.
I added ice to a glass and served it, enjoying a delicious and refreshing juice. This amount was enough for three glasses. Until the next incredible drink.
