Greetings lovers of drinks in #amazingdrink. Welcome to my blog once again. Today I want to share with you a different recipe from the one I have been posting before here. I made this sweet and healthy papaya ( pawpaw) smoothie 🥤.
Yesterday I went to visit my sister, she gave me this pawpaw and decided to make a smoothie with it. Below is the steps I used in preparing this smoothie.
Ingredients
1 full papaya
Procedure
I washed the pawpaw to make sure it's clean
I peel the back cover and remove the seeds inside
I cut it into smaller sizes and pour it inside the blender and blend it smoothly
And here is our healthy and sweet pawpaw smoothie, it's best served when chilled.
This pawpaw smoothie is good to body, it helps to clear acne, it helps for quick digestion and it helps to protect our skin from damage and good source of collagen. It also helps to fight against infection and boost our immunity because of the vitamin c in it.
