I've been missing making some kind of drink to cope with the midday heat lately in our city, but that's only during the day because at night it's freezing cold. But today we felt like making this refreshing drink with some fruits we have at home, completely natural. We'll use an ingredient that's very good for our health called hibiscus flower, and we'll use its juice to complement the drink and make it healthier.

Ingredients :(6 large glasses)
- 4 peaches
- 2 tangerines
- A tray of pineapple chunks
- 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers
- 1/2 liter of water
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of sugar
Procedure:
Step 01
The first step we will take is to put the water in a pot and bring it to a boil along with the hibiscus flowers to extract the juice that we will use to make the drink. While it is boiling, we will chop the fruits and place them in small pieces in a pitcher. We start with the peaches and remove the seed inside.
Step 02
We proceed to peel the tangerines and remove the peel and the white veins that it has, we peel them one by one, now it is time to check that our water with the hibiscus has boiled, we know that it is ready because the water has turned a very nice red color and the aroma that it transmits is pleasant.
Step 03
Here we have been peeling the tangerines and when we have peeled them it is time to add the chopped pineapple pieces and the banana to our pitcher, we let the hibiscus juice cool to room temperature, and we refrigerate the fruits, when the juice is ready or cold it is time to strain it to separate the flowers from the juice then add the sugar, we stir well and add it to the pitcher with fruits, we put it back in the refrigerator for 1 hour and that's how we have prepared it.
Result:
Once it's cold, we can enjoy it. Here in my country, Venezuela, this drink is known as tizana, but the juice they use to prepare it is blackberry, and it also includes other fruits like apple, watermelon, and melon. But today I just made it more natural with the fruits I had at home. It turned out really delicious, and everyone in the house loved it, as did my friends who came to visit.
