Hot chocolate with a Christmas twist [Eng-Esp]

Greetings, fellow beverage lovers! Welcome back to my kitchen. Today we're going to make a delicious hot chocolate with a Christmas twist, the perfect way to start the year. Join me and I'll show you this simple recipe.

Saludos amigos Amantes de las bebidas! Les doy la bienvenida una vez más a mi cocina. En esta oportunidad vamos a preparar un delicioso chocolate caliente con explosión navideña, una forma ideal para comenzar este año. Acompáñenme y les muestro esta sencilla receta.

Ingredients:
30 grams of chocolate
100 milliliters of fresh milk
10 grams of marshmallows
10 grams of Christmas-shaped candies
200 milliliters of water
100 grams of pressed cheese

For the cream:
50 grams of powdered whipped cream
Vanilla essence to taste
75 milliliters of fresh milk
4 drops of green food coloring

Ingredientes:

We start by boiling the water and adding the chocolate. Once the chocolate has melted, we begin stirring with a balloon whisk.

Comenzamos hirviendo el agua y agregando el chocolate. Una vez que se derrita el chocolate comenzamos a revolver con un batidor de globo.

Add the milk and continue stirring slowly until it boils again.

Incorporamos la leche y continuamos resolviendo lentamente hasta que hierva nuevamente.

Once the milk is well blended into the chocolate and it looks thick, remove from the heat and set aside, covered, to preserve the heat.

Una vez que está bien integrada la leche al chocolate y este se ve espeso. Retiramos del fuego y reservamos tapado para preservar el calor.

Let's prepare the whipped cream. We need a bowl to put the milk, vanilla, and powdered whipped cream in. Using an electric mixer, we'll mix them together until they are well combined and the cream is thick.

Vamos a preparar la crema chantilly. Necesitamos un recipiente para colocar la leche y la vainilla y la chantilly en polvo. Con una batidora eléctrica vamos a incorporar hasta que se integren bien y se compacte la crema.

Add the color and continue mixing for a few minutes until the cream turns a Christmas green color.

Agregamos el color y seguimos mezclando por unos minutos hasta que la crema tome un tono verde navidad.

Place the green cream in a piping bag fitted with a medium nozzle. You can use a small spatula to help you so that nothing goes to waste.

Colocamos la crema verde en una manga pastelera, con una boquilla mediana. Podemos ayudarnos de una espátula miserable para no desperdiciar nada.

We pour the hot chocolate into our favorite mugs and add the cheese cut into small cubes.

Servimos el chocolate caliente en nuestras tazas favoritas, agregamos el queso en cubos pequeños.

Add a layer of marshmallows. Make a Christmas tree with the green frosting on top of the marshmallows.

We can ask the children in the house to help decorate the small trees with Christmas candies.

We can accompany it with some milk cookies and serve it hot. This drink is everyone's favorite in my house, and it's the most requested drink at this time of year.
