Buenas noches amigos de #Hive, feliz noche familia de Amazing Drinks, hoy trabaje mucho y estaba muy cansada y se me antojo tomar una bebida refrescante, busque en la nevera y encontre unas remolachas y recorde que hace días vi un jugo de remolacha que decía era muy refrescante así que me anime a hacerlo ya que contaba con todos los ingredientes.

La remolacha o betabel antes solo se usaba en ensaladas, ahora se usa en distintas preparaciones y en ricas bebidas como el famoso 3 en 1, en arepas y otras preparaciones.
La remolacha tiene un color morado muy lindo y es rica en antioxidantes, se usa para subir la hemoglobina en jugos . Sin más que decir paso a los Ingredientes y al paso a paso.

Paso a paso
Se lavan bien las remolachas para quitar cualquier impureza, se pelan y se pican en pedazos pequeños.
Step by step
Wash the beets well to remove any impurities, peel and chop into small pieces.
Se ponen a la candela en una olla con medio litro de agua y se cocina hasta que estén blandas, se apaga la candela y se deja enfriar.
Put them in a pot with half a liter of water and cook them until they are soft, turn off the candle and let them cool.
Se lavan y pican los 4 limones, se exprimen con un exprimidor de limón o con las manos sino tiene y se reserva.

Se echa en un envase la remolacha, se le agrega el limón( o se deja para después de batir la remolacha) , el resto de agua y el azúcar.

Lo batí bien con el mixer hasta que se rompe toda la remolacha y queda bien batido, si tiene licuadora también puede hacerlo y se bate mejor.

Lo metí al freezer y deje se enfriara, tambien puede agregarle hielo y disfrutar de una refrescante bebida.
