Greetings to all lovers of good tea. This time I decided to make tea from a combination of herbs that helps in the treatment of women's problems, reduces fibroids, inflamed cysts and polyps on the uterus. For this tea you need: Dried, ground part of the sedge, dried calendula flower, Dried yarrow grass, dried buckthorn leaf, Ground nettle, Sage leaf, Ground raspberry leaf, and to improve the taste, add: ground dried cranberry, blueberry, honey to taste (1 small spoon) This is how it looks on the health tray
I poured water into the kettle and heated the water to boiling. Poured one small spoonful of all the listed ingredients and poured hot boiling water over them
I waited for it to stand for 5 minutes. Then I strained the ingredients, and since the blueberries were fresh, I put them back in the tea for the aroma. Also, for a better taste and effect, I added a spoonful of honey and cut a pineapple ring and hung it as a decoration on the edge of the cup.
There is no need to talk much about the benefits of the mentioned plants. Virak and its leaves and aerial parts contain tannins, flavonoids and bitter substances that contribute to the anti-inflammatory and mild antiseptic effect, they also contain tannin that helps strengthen the wall of the uterus and restore its mucous membrane. Calendula also serves as an anti-inflammatory and antiseptic to regulate painful and irregular menstruation. Hajduck grass is used for menstrual problems and excessive bleeding. It also cleans and strengthens the blood due to the content of essential oil, flavonoids, vitamin K, achillein, resin, tannin. Buckwheat has an antiseptic effect and helps against all inflammations. Nettle leaves contain 5% tannins, carotenoids, phytosterols, vitamins C and K, various acids (formic, citric), wax, mineral salts (Ca, K, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, Co). Improves the blood picture. Sage is one of the most powerful antiseptics, and raspberry leaf is called a plant for women, which is used during pregnancy. My wife drank this tea at the end, and I wished her long health. Thanks for reading the blog. I hope this recipe is helpful to someone. Try it and let me know how it goes. Cheers!
