Nature provides us with fruits that are so nutritious that they can be used as alternative medicine.
Today, I want to share a recipe that is not well known on social media, at least as far as I know. It was created by my godmother after much trial and error, as they say, and is based on the following:
Ingredients:
- 12 black grapes.
- 6 strawberries.
- 1 peach.
- 1 tree tomato.
- half a glass of water.
These fruits are relatively expensive overall, but they are worth the investment for the sake of our health.
Being healthy and strong requires consistency, effort, and discipline.
First of all, we recommend that you have the relevant blood tests done, and once you have the results, if they are low, we recommend fasting for 15 consecutive days to apply this cocktail.
We start by washing the fruits and, with the help of a knife, removing the sepals and pedicels from the strawberries and the stems from the grapes, that is, all the green parts of the fruit. Once washed, the skin is removed from the tree tomatoes and, according to preference, they are chopped into small pieces and placed in a clean, dry container.
Next, place the chopped pieces in a cup and then pour half a glass of water into the blender and blend.
Using a strainer, strain the juice to obtain a magical drink that is guaranteed to be natural and relatively affordable, and which is a must-have in your pantry. When your loved ones have low energy levels, this cocktail replenishes you and fills you with energy. I invite you to try this drink; it is guaranteed, and its flavour is neither bitter nor sweet, but neutral. In short, you can drink it without thinking too much about it when it comes to home remedies, haha. After being consistent, we proceed to perform the same blood tests that we suggested at the beginning of the post so that you can see the effectiveness of the cocktail.
