Let me confess: lately I used to treat soda like it was part of my body. Sometimes a meal wasn’t complete without that “pssshhh”that comes from pepsi.But lately, I’ve been trying to grow up and be more intentional about what I eat and drink. So I decided to *juice like a healthy babe.
Just like a lab scientist with teste buds I threw together orange, carrot, cucumber, and ginger No measurements, just vibes. I was curious .
This wasn’t my usual This was roots and fruits, and it looked like a skincare smoothie 😂
But guess what?
It slapped. 😳
Here’s what I used:
🍊 2 oranges (for the sweet and sunny vibe)
🥕 3 carrots (for skin glow, because I’m vain and proud)
🥒 1 cucumber (for that spa girl aesthetic)
- 🫚 A tiny slice of ginger (for shock value and health benefits, obviously)
I blended it, sieved it, added and boom I felt like a natural health goddess with waist beads and herbal tea secrets.
Honestly, I made it to avoid soda, but I might have discovered a secret to soft life. It was refreshing, energizing, and didn’t make me feel bloated like soda does.

I still miss my pepsi...But...Baby steps.
