Good morning to all HIVE friends, how are you? Today, I am going to share with you how to prepare a delicious drink that will excite your taste buds. This is a juice made from rambutan. Rambutan is a popular fruit these days, known by various names. It doesn't take much time to prepare a delicious drink using this fruit. Rambutan provides unique qualities to the body. Native to Asia, rambutan is sweet, juicy, and fleshy inside. For this recipe, we use the flesh of the fruit, along with lemon juice and passion fruit juice. Packed with nutrients including vitamin C, iron, and fiber, let's see how to prepare this delicious and refreshing drink.

Required Ingredients..
š 20-25 Ripe fresh rambutans.
š 1 passion fruit juice .
š 2 teaspoon of leman juice .
š Sugar as needed.
š Ice cubes.
Method of making...
First, remove the skin from the rambutan and take out the pulp with the meat inside, setting it aside. Cut the sweet, juicy pieces again to remove the seeds. Refer to the images below for guidance.
Next, take the passion fruit and lemon juice, and set them aside. Add the passion fruit juice along with its seeds.
Then, take a blender and add the rambutan pulp to its cup. Add the required amount of sugar, which is about 1/2 cup, though the amount can be adjusted based on the sweetness of the fruit. Add ice cubes and blend well.
Then, mix the blended rambutan juice with a spoon. After that, add the passion fruit juice and lemon juice, and stir well. Check the sugar content and adjust if necessary. For added flavor, you can top it with a scoop of ice cream before serving.
