Hi everyone! Life has been busy lately so I can't publish articles every day. Now, I got the chance to sit in front of my laptop.
In my experience in the Philippines, drinking fresh orange juice is a luxury because we can't afford to buy several oranges. But the alternative is calamansi juice. Also, what we can afford as an alternative is to buy powdered orange juice for 10 Philippine Pesos and ice.
Here in France, we drink orange juice every day. I don't take any vitamins here so fresh orange juice is my source of Vitamin C. My husband makes sure that we take different vitamins from our home-cooked meals.
Here are my photos in which I prepared fresh orange juice with my kids.
6 pieces of oranges are not enough so 12 oranges are great for us.
It is very awkward to take photos of myself while preparing the oranges. So first, cut the oranges into halves.
The oranges that were cut into halves looked so nice.
We use a machine to squeeze off the orange juice.
The brand of this machine is Moulinex. But you can manually squeeze off the juice or use a manual juicer that doesn't need electricity.
Miam, miam! My kids were waiting for the orange juice.
Getting ready!
My daughter is very happy and excited to drink the orange juice.
Drink all you can!
The son has arrived and it's time to drink the orange juice together.
We bought the oranges from the supermarket. When we were in Spain, we bought several kilograms of oranges. It was nice to see a plantation of oranges in the fields.
That's all for today's blog. See you in my next posts. :D
