Today I was feeling lonely in the house so I decided to make something for myself with some of banana in my fridge to make smoothie š„¤.

They good source of banana is that it gives vitamin C, vitamin B6 and also fiber.
INGREDIENTS USED
⢠Two pieces of banana
⢠Two handful of groundnut
⢠One cup of milk
PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will show you guysI made this smoothie very easy and simple
First I peel my banana and cut into pieces and then bring also my milk and groundnut set aside
Then bring my blender for blend and I add my banana into it then add my milk and a little bit of my groundnut to use and blend it for the nice taste it gives
Here is the result I enjoyed it more than eating banana with groundnut. This way makes it easy
