Hoy quiero mostrar como preparar un delicioso batido con una fruta exquisita, llamada Mamey.
La receta se realiza con pocos ingrediente y es muy fácil de hacer.
El mamey es una fruta exótica , su nombre científico es: Mammea americana,su sabor es perfumado, es grande y redondo se parece a un melón y por dentro es de color anaranjado.
Posee vitaminas , magnesio, hierro, potasio, fósforo , fibra y por su color anaranjado mucho carotenos que ayuda a las enfermedades del corazón.

Today I want to show you how to prepare a delicious smoothie with a delicious fruit called Mamey.
The recipe is made with few ingredients and is very easy to make.
The mamey is an exotic fruit, its scientific name is: Mammea americana, its flavor is fragrant, it is large and round, it looks like a melon and inside is orange.
It has vitamins, magnesium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, fiber and because of its orange color it has a lot of carotenes that help with heart diseases.
Ingredientes:
- 1 Mamey.
- 50 gramos de azúcar.
- 200 ml de agua.
- Hielo en cubitos.
Ingredients:
- 1 Mamey.
- 50 grams of sugar.
- 200 ml of water.
- Ice cubes.
Preparación:
- Lavar con agua el mamey, luego con un cuchillo ir quitando la concha.
- Wash the mamey with water, then with a knife remove the shell.
- Después de pelar,picar con un cuchillo en trozos pequeños.
- After peeling, chop with a knife into small pieces.
- Coloca los trozo del mamey dentro de la licuadora , agregar el agua y licúa.
- Dejar licuar por varios minutos, si necesitamos agua porque lo ves espeso , agregue otro poquito, si te gusta espeso lo dejas con el agua indicada.
- Ahora agrega el azúcar y seguir licuando.

- Let it blend for several minutes, if you need water because it is thick, add another little bit, if you like it thick, leave it with the indicated water.
- Now add the sugar and continue blending.
- Ya para terminar la preparación del batido de mamey, agrega al vaso hielo y el batido.
