Hoy quiero mostrar como preparar una deliciosa, refrescante y nutritiva bebida de coco con avena, especial para mejorar y fortalecer la memoria. Espero que sea de su agrado.
Today I want to show you how to prepare a delicious, refreshing and nutritious coconut drink with oatmeal, especially to improve and strengthen memory. I hope you like it.
Ingredientes para la preparación de la deliciosa bebida:
- Medio coco.
- 300 gramos de avena en hojuela.
- 100 gramos de azúcar.
- 600 ml de agua.
- 80 gramos de leche en polvo.

- Half a coconut.
- 300 grams of flaked oatmeal.
- 100 grams of sugar.
- 600 ml of water.
- 80 grams of powdered milk.
Paso a paso para la preparación de la deliciosa bebida:
- Lo primero que haremos, es lavar el coco ya picado con agua.
- Luego picarlo en trocitos pequeños para poner a licuar.
Step by step for the preparation of the delicious drink:
The first thing we will do, is to wash the coconut already chopped with water.
Then chop it into small pieces to blend.
- Ahora colar el jugo de coco con un colador y dejar algo de grumo de coco
- Nuevamente volver a licuar el jugo de coco, echar en la licuadora, la avena, la azúcar , la leche en polvo.Si ves que está muy espero , agregar un poco de agua.
- Now strain the coconut juice with a strainer and leave some coconut lumps.
- Blend the coconut juice again, add in the blender the oatmeal, sugar, powdered milk, if you see that it is too thick, add a little water.
Aquí podemos observar el resultado final de la deliciosa bebida de coco con avena.
