A pocas horas de celebrarse el día de las madres, preparé un deliciosa y cremosa chicha de arroz con mango,para llevar al compartir de la iglesia, espero que sea del agrado de todos los que la prueben.
En mi país Venezuela, cuando hablamos de arroz con mango es algo que no combina , no pega, no se entiende, no tiene cabeza ni pies, pero esta bebida nada tiene que ver con el nombre es muy deliciosa, la leche y el arroz le dan un toque especial y una cremosidad.

A few hours before celebrating Mother's Day, I prepared a delicious and creamy rice chicha with mango, to take to the sharing of the church, I hope it will be to the liking of all who try it.
In my country Venezuela, when we talk about rice with mango is something that does not combine, does not fit, is not understood, has no head or feet, but this drink has nothing to do with the name is very delicious, milk and rice give it a special touch and creaminess.
Los ingredientes que se necesitan para la realización de la deliciosa chicha de arroz con mango:
- 3 mangos.
- 60 gramos de arroz.
- 40 gramos de leche en polvo.
- 50 gramos de azúcar.
- Medio litro de agua.
- Hielo picado.
The ingredients needed to make the delicious chicha de arroz con mango:
- 3 mangoes.
- 60 grams of rice.

Paso a paso para la preparación de la chicha:
- Lavar los mangos con suficiente agua, aunque los mangos se deben pelar con un cuchillo y picarse en trozos.

- Después que los mangos estén cortado en trozos , meter en la licuadora, agregar un poco de agua y licuar.
- Ahora colocar el líquido en un colador para colar.
- Ya aquí tenemos el jugo de mango y reservar.

- Por otro lado colocar en la candela una olla con arroz con agua y dejar cocinar hasta que el arroz se afloje.
- Esperar a que se enfríe.
- Luego colocar en la licuadora con un poco de agua para licuar, luego pasar el líquido por un colador.

- Y por último servimos la cremosa chicha.
