Quiero mostrar como preparar un delicioso batido, cremoso y nutritivo de plátano con coco, acompañado con lluvia de chocolate.

I want to show you how to prepare a delicious, creamy and nutritious coconut banana smoothie, accompanied with chocolate rain.

Delicioso batido de plátano con coco
Delicious banana and coconut smoothie
Ingredientes para la preparación del batido:
- 1 coco.
- 2 plátanos.
- 50 gramos de azúcar.
- 40 gramos de leche en polvo.
- 20 gramos de lluvia de chocolate.
Ingredients for the preparation of the smoothie:
- 1 coconut.
- 2 bananas.
- 50 grams of sugar.
- 40 grams of powdered milk.
- 20 grams of chocolate rain.

Procedimiento para la preparación del batido:
- Sacar el coco de la cáscara, luego picar con un cuchillo la capa marrón que tiene, lavarlo con agua y picar en trocitos pequeños.
Procedure for the preparation of the smoothie:
- Remove the coconut from the shell, then chop the brown layer with a knife, wash it with water and chop it into small pieces.
- Ya picado el coco en trocitos, colocarlos en la licuadora con un 2 vasos de agua ,licuar y colar.
- Once the coconut is chopped into small pieces, place them in the blender with 2 glasses of water, blend and strain.
- Continuamos con la receta, pelamos el plátano y lo picamos en trocitos.
- Colocamos en la licuadora los trocitos de plátano junto con el líquido del coco y batimos.
- We continue with the recipe, peel the banana and chop it into small pieces.
- Place the banana pieces in the blender along with the coconut liquid and blend.
- Agregar la leche en polvo, el azúcar y procedemos a licuar.
- Cuando todo esté licuado , agregamos el batido en la nevera por una hora, pero no para que se congele. Solo para que se enfríe.
- Add the powdered milk, sugar and proceed to blend.
- When everything is blended, we add the shake in the refrigerator for an hour, but not to freeze. Just to cool it down.
- Ya el batido frío,colocar en un vaso, agregar pedacitos de coco , de los que se licuó y por último agregar la lluvia de chocolate.
- Y a disfrutar del rico y cremoso batido.😋😋
