My daily routine is to make healthy drinks and now I choose carrots. Every day I make carrot juice because it makes us healthy. I made this special drink for my partner and me. I can make juice because my partner has a garden of different kinds of vegetables in their land area, so I really do it every day for our health as well.
We all know that carrots have many benefits and nutrients that we can get from our bodies. These products are fresh and organic from our garden.
This carrot juice is really pure carrots, I don't have any other ingredients that are added just carrots, I like it because it's really pure with no other mixture so I can really taste the flavor.
I just want to share this healthy drink that is not only for our diet but also for our health.
Vitamins and minerals
Carrots are a good source of several vitamins and minerals, especially biotin, potassium, and vitamins A (from beta carotene), K1 (phylloquinone), and B6.
Vitamin A: Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which your body converts into vitamin A. This nutrient promotes good vision and is important for growth, development, and immune function.
