This smoothie is very healthy and has a combination of very fresh fruits and vegetables. I used papaya, frozen pineapple, cucumbers, orange and apple.
It came out perfect, you can give it a try as well.
INGREDIENTS
Half papaya
10 chunks frozen pineapple
1 orange
1 cucumber
1 apple
PROCEDURE
Wash, peal skin and cut open papaya, remove seeds and cut into chunks.

Prepare the rest of the ingredients, wash and dice them. Add papaya, cucumber, orange and apple into the blender and blend until smooth.
Now add frozen pineapple into the blender and blend for a smooth and thick consistency.
