Welcome to my blog. I came back from Hive meeting today which is my first time of going out after a long time because I've been very sick. Being exhausted after a long walk and a long time outside, I decided to make this milkshake to regain my mood as chocolate contains phenylethylamine, a compound that can help improve mood and reduce stress.
Milk helps reduce risk of osteoporosis and fracture. It also improve dental health and reduce risk chronic diseases etc.
Peanut is protein rich, contains healthy fats, contains fibre, rich in vitamins and minerals. Chocolate improve heart health, has cognitive functions in the sense that it contains compound that may help improve flow of blood to the brain.
Having these in mind, I decided to combine these ingredients and make a very nice chocolate milk shake for myself before freshening up.
The Ingredients I Used Were:
2 Tablespoon of unsalted Peanut
250 ml of Milk
2 Tablespoon of Powdered Chocolate
5 ml of Thick Chocolate Syrup
The Process
With Everything being already prepared, I added the milk, peanut, and Powdered chocolate into the blender, blend till completely mixed in just 5 minutes.
With the happiness of coming back from the meeting, I was thrilled to draw hive Logo on the shake with the help of the chocolate syrup
The milk shake came out so nice and tasty especially with the unsalted peanut taste in it, it taste amazingly different and having a little rest, I regained strength.
