Esta bebida tuve la oportunidad de beberla hace poco, invitada por una amiga a su pueblo natal denominado las lapas, un poco retirado de la Colonia Tovar. Es costumbre de estas regiones sembrar para poder comer, son pueblos con familias muy humildes.

So it is a very complete fruit for an exquisite drink.
Este jugo me lo ofreció mi amiga Vadel, haciendo hincapié de todos sus beneficios, este fruto es el Cha Cha fruto, una planta familia de los leguminosos su nombre científico es Erythrina Edulis, altamente medicinal y nutricional, originaria de Sudamérica y la conseguimos aquí en nuestro país en el estado Mérida, ahora, en este pueblo que les acabo de nombrar. Cuentan sus habitantes que también es beneficiosa para la piel, previniendo el envejecimiento. Tiene también fibra, carbohidratos, fortalece los huesos, el corazón y el cerebro. Sirve para bajar y disminuir el colesterol en la sangre. De manera que es una fruta bien completa para una exquisita bebida.
