I know it’s not so common but I really wanted to try new things and I was already getting tired of the regular smoothies we take everytime so I thought and told my self why not we try something new

I went ahead to search for the nutritional benefits of a mango and tiger nut that was when I decided that I was going to mix them together 😊and I’m not gonna lie it came out really nice and I enjoyed it
A mango and tiger nut smoothie is a great way to get a boost of vitamin because of minerals and fiber. The mango provides vitamin C, vitamin A, and fiber, while the tiger nut adds vitamin E, iron, and more fiber and from my research I also gathered that it’s good for the skin and as a person that usually have skin problems I decided to try it out.
Here are the ingredients I used and the procedures Ingredients
1.3 pieces of mango
2.4 table spoons of tiger nut
3.1/2 cup of water

Procedures
1.firstly I washed my mangoes and tiger nut
2.I started by slicking the mangoes into a manual blender
3afterwards I added my tiger nut inside
4.I blended them together
5.I poured the smoothie to a cup and my mango and tiger nut smoothie is ready😍
