After eating oily and fatty foods,it's time to balance things out and feel light and hydrate,let's try to drink this simple combo drink- The WATERMELON BANANA SHAKE --dairy free (no milk) that will surely ease you're bloated,removed body's toxins and support the health of your gut.
You'll need the following
2 cups of watermelon (chopped watermelon)
2 riped bananas (adds natural sweetness and creaminess)
1-2 teaspoon of honey (optional if you want extra sweetness)
1/2 cup of cold water or you can have a few ice cubes
1 PC of lemon or you can add lime juice ( optional)
Here are the instructions:
Make sure to washed thoroughly the fruits before slicing it.
Add the chopped watermelon,sliced banana,and 1/2 cup of cold water in a blender.
Using the blender: Blend it until smooth and creamy.Taste it.If you want sweeter you can add sugar or honey in it..For me I want natural sweetness,so I prefer to use only bananas as a sweeter in my smoothie
After it's blended smoothly,you can add a little lemon in it and transfer it in a glass. Add a little ice cubes for a refreshing drink.
I'm ready to sip this refreshing watermelon and banana shake to flush out all the excess fats and oils in my body.
