Today is the first day of my monthly period. I want to ask all of you, is it true that during our period we are not allowed to consume pineapple? So far I've heard of this but I never cared about it, and now I actually want a drink that has been mixed with cold pineapple, it tastes very fresh in my opinion with a strong pineapple aroma that makes any ingredient mixed with pineapple. becomes a more lively taste and very delicious to enjoy.
And this afternoon I wanted to drink something that smelled of chocolate but I didn't want it to be too dark so I decided to make light smoothies that could quench my thirst, fulfill my cravings and be immediately soothing for my stomach. Making these smoothies is very easy, especially if you already have peeled pineapple in your refrigerator. But if not, you really have to peel it first, right? And I don't have too many ingredients to make my smoothies and it's definitely not too difficult to make them.
I only need the ingredients listed below:
1. 1 pack of any brand of cereal and I use the GOWELL brand for one serving with chocolate flavor
2. 1 pack of sweetened condensed milk measuring 65 ML
3. 1 glass of warm water
4. 1 slice of pineapple.
How to make :
1. Remove the bones from the pineapple and cut it into small pieces then put it in a blender
2. After that, the next step is to put the chocolate flavored cereal into the blender
3. Then thirdly, add the sweetened condensed milk
4. And finally, mix water into it.
5. Blend until all ingredients are smooth, especially the pineapple.
6. While it's still warm, enjoy this smoothie or you can add ice cubes to it if you want.
This recipe was actually inspired by several friends in this community who use oats mixed with fruit in them, and because I never provide oats in my house so I replaced it with this light cereal and it tastes quite delicious and light as if we were drinking chocolate milk and there are feeling of fullness in the stomach. Usually I only make smoothies from a mixture of fruit and because this recipe is successful in the future I will make oat smoothies like the recipes of my friends in this community.
