When life is very tired, the money we get may not be able to cure our tiredness. Sometimes you just need to be alone and lay down for a moment to relieve fatigue. I think that if we get tired just because we are tired of work, having a moment of quality sleep or doing something that is really fun for us is 'medicine'. But what if we are tired because our psyche is too tired? I want to know your answer, because I'm sure everyone has their own answer.
And the opening words are a sweet drama about making smoothies that can be healthy not only for the eyes, but our mental health will also be healthy because of the smoothies that I will make. and do you believe in this? I believe that because the food or drink we consume will influence our thought patterns and emotions? Imagine if we always consumed excessive amounts of alcohol and instant food every day, or if we consumed fizzy drinks every day without consuming the right amount of water, I'm sure we wouldn't have normal thinking, and that turns out to be a fact that happens to some students. me, because they are already at an adult age.
And okay, I will immediately share my smoothie recipe today with the ingredients I have and of course I need. Let's see
- Carrots. (In making these smoothies I used 1 carrot that I didn't peel, I just washed it until it was clean.)
- Tamarillo (because you still have stock of tamarillo, so I used 2 tamarillo, so that the sour taste in these smothies is a little stronger so that the fresh sensation on the tongue makes the eyes open and can restore a bad mood
- Tomatoes (tomatoes are good for the eyes and I only used 1 tomato in the smoothies I made as a mixing ingredient so that the resulting taste is balanced with the other ingredients.)
- Yakult (I use 1 bottle of Yakult which is very good for cleansing the intestines, if we are having difficulty defecating, drinking Yakult is very good.)
- Chia seeds (I use 1 teaspoon of chea seeds and then soak them in warm water, and we all know that chea seeds are very good for digestion and diet programs, and if I consume these chea seeds my hunger will be cured.)
- 1 glass of water (the size of the glass I use is around 150 ML)
Let's make these smoothies.
The first step
After washing the carrots, cut them into small pieces and put them in a blender
Second step
Likewise with tomatoes, I don't throw away the seeds because they will be filtered later, chop the tomatoes and put them in the same blender as the carrots
Third step
Cut the tamarillo in half and take only the flesh and that includes the seeds, don't take the skin because it will taste bitter
Step four
Mix the Yakult in a blender and then add the water
Step six
The blender combines all the ingredients that have been added.

Strain using a sieve so that the tomato seeds and tamarillo seeds don't mix.
Step eight.
Once it has been strained, just serve it into a glass, don't forget the chea seeds that have been soaked beforehand
