Hi, good evening, friends in this cool community? This community really makes me keep thinking, what drink recipe will I share with you next? Until now I feel challenged about what I should make so that my recipe isn't just an ordinary smoothie recipe in general, and I will definitely share a healthy smoothie recipe without alcohol. can damage the body if I consume it.
I actually made these smoothies three days ago, but I'm only now sharing them with all of you in this cool community. Then this recipe is also the first time I've made a combination of flavors, you can imagine what would happen if the tamarillo tastes a little sour. , combined with slightly young pineapple with a sour taste too. Is this drink undrinkable and wasted? And trying to make this recipe is not easy, it takes extra courage, because I don't want to be an ungrateful human being by throwing away something for content that I ultimately don't consume and just end up in front of the camera. I really hate this. So if I make food and drink content that I make for the first time I will make small portions to taste whether what I make is suitable for consumption or not.
Like what I'm making now, a combination of two sour fruits with a little palm sugar as an antidote, why not use granulated sugar? Because I'm fasting on granulated sugar right now, I replaced it with palm sugar, but I rarely use that too. A beautiful ending to this recipe because it turned out to be far beyond my pessimism about making these smoothies. tamarillo fruit is sour but has a fresh taste like a tomato, then mixed with pineapple fruit which is still a little young and has a slightly sour taste but has a strong fragrant aroma and a hidden sweet taste. Added with palm sugar mixed together to make smothies. This doesn't taste sour at all, in fact it looks fresh, like something close to a strawberry smoothie. This turned out to be delicious and felt refreshing in the mouth and throat even though I didn't use ice cubes. If you want, you can use it.
- 3 Dutch eggplants
- 1 piece of medium sized pineapple (approximately 100 grams)
- 1 teaspoon palm sugar
- 1 glass of water measuring 150 ML
Let's start making smoothies:
1. Take the tamarillo flesh, don't get the skin on because the resulting taste will be a little bitter, and then choose tamarillo which is maroon or brownish in color so it doesn't taste too sour, then put it in a blender.
2. Take the pineapple flesh and put it in a blender
3. Then add palm sugar to it
4. After that, add water and blend until smooth
5. The final step I took was to filter the fruit that I had blended so that I could drink the tamarillo seeds which were a little rough and not be too disturbing when consumed.
These refreshing smoothies are completely delicious with an amazing taste. My best regards from Maytom, Indonesia
