Hello #hivecommunity and #coffee lovers š
Recently I posted my recipe for coffee with mushrooms and benefits of mushrooms.

Well, today I decided to make #cappuccino with #turmeric and black water (coffee).
Ingredients:
Turkish coffee
Cappuccino (Irish cream cappuccino)
Turmeric powder
Mushrooms mixture powder
Lion's Mane powder
So, I made my Turkish coffee and filtered it twice so that I don't have coffee grounds in the bottle.
Then I added one teaspoon of turmeric to the bottle. I went a little overboard as you can see.
And then I added a teaspoon of mushroom mix and a teaspoon of lion's mane even though the mushroom mix already contains lion's mane.
In the end I added 3 teaspoons of Irish cream cappuccino and mixed all that powder with long spoon.
I poured some coffee into the bottle and started mixing the powder with a milk frother so there wouldn't be any lumps.
And then I poured rest of the coffee.
Turmeric (the bright golden spice) doesn't just add a beautiful color; it packs an incredible wellness punch, primarily thanks to its active compound, Curcumin.
Here's why this "Golden Coffee" is my new secret weapon:
Inflammation Fighter Curcumin is a powerhouse anti-inflammatory. It helps combat chronic inflammation, soothing joints and reducing muscle soreness.
Antioxidant Shield Both coffee and turmeric are loaded with antioxidants. This combination helps neutralize harmful free radicals and protects your cells from damage.
Brain Booster Already focused from the mushrooms? Turmeric supports that! It helps reduce neuroinflammation, potentially boosting your mood and supporting long-term brain health.
Digestive Aid Turmeric stimulates bile production, which is key for healthy fat breakdown. Say goodbye to that afternoon bloat!
Heart Support By reducing oxidative stress and helping to prevent arterial plaque buildup, this daily sip is a surprisingly simple way to support your cardiovascular system.
