Today am sharing with you how I made my smoothie with lemon,Ginger and Avacado pear
Which was so healthy for the body.
my mummy was anxious for me to make a lemon,ginger and avacado smoothie for her that can help her reduce weight and belly fats so I decided to grant her request .
#INGRIDIENTS USED#
Four pieces of lemon sliced into eight
Three pieces of Ginger
One big Avacado Pear
I washed the lemon, Ginger and Avacado pear and set them aside.then I sliced my pears into two, and peeled my Ginger and then sliced my lemon into eight pieces.

.then put the ginger in my blender and blend.After blending ,I seived it and keep the water in the plate.
Ginger contains everything needed to strength immunity and burns fats easily,which facilitates weight loss.

Then I cut my four lemon into eight pieces.then I used squizzer to squizz out my lemon juice.
Then I sliced my Avacado into two pieces and peeled it out,Then I mashed it to smooth,Avacado keeps our heart healthy ,it is reach in protein,it contains fiber and helps in digestion of food ,It is highly nutritious,Also it aids weight loss and lowers blood pressure.
After mashing it. I put it in my glass cup and
And add my ginger drink in it .
Then i prepared my three ingredients Avacado,Lemon and ginger and set them aside.
Then I add my lemon and stir it to blend together.
Then my juice was ready to serve to my mum.Which was very rich and was like a taste of heaven when served.This smoothie will keep you full for hours and clear your system.
