Start the day with healthy food is good care of ourself. We all love to have juice and smoothie in the breakfast or during the day. And banana is a fruit which is easily available to all area . If we have ripe bananas and milk than banana smoothie is a good option to have .
Banana smoothie is a healthy , refreshing and filling drink which is delicious and easy to prepare . To make this amazing smoothie we need just ripe banana , milk and dry fruits. If you want to make it vegan you can use coconut milk . We can add nuts to make it more healthy and fulfilling. If the banana is fully riped we donโt need to sweetened it . Otherwise we can add dates or honey to make it sweet. Now just blend all things together and the smoothie is ready . Here is the all details to make it , letโs enjoy :

INGREDIENTS โ
- Milk 250 ml or 3/4 glass
- Ripe Banana 2
- Dates 2
- cashew and almonds
- sunflower and flex seeds (optinal )
PROCESS โ
First grab all ingredients. Riped banana, milk , dates and dry fruits . You can also use soaked almond if you have. Dry fruits quantity you can choose as per your need .
First in a mixer jar add nuts and dates . Remove the seess from the dates and blend for some second .
Now Add banana pieces in it . Peel the banana and chopped in the pieces and add to the jar .
Add half of milk in it and rest we will add later .
Blend all ingredients for some second .
Now Add whole milk and blend it till it gets smooth.
Check it . I saw that it is not much smooth so i blend it once more to make it morw creamy.
And after one more blend banana smoothie is ready to enjoy .
If you want to make it more thick you can use more banana or use less milk.
You can garnish it with some chooped nuts or some seeds .
You can also have this during your fasting . After having it you feel full and energetic for the long time .
Yesterday during my fast in the evening the skip the tea and had this healthy and delicious drink. Which made me full for whole night .
