Warm greetings to everyone here today I made a healthy drink that is very good to the body.
Is a very hot afternoon and I want to have a drink to cool my body not only cooling of body but with things that has a lot of health benefits.
INGREDIENTS USED
10 piece of dates
1 cup of tiger nut
1/2 coconut
1 banana
1 ginger
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will wash my tigernut and I will also wash my dates and remove the seed inside.
I will also peel my ginger, remove and break my coconut and remove from the shells and cut into smaller size I will also peel my banana and cut into pieces put them in my blender and blend.
After blending I will now put my firter and firter them.
Here in the results.
One thing I love about this drink is that is very good in the body and healthy all the things I use in making this drink has a lot of health benefits.
This drink is best serve chilled and good in everybody male female even children because is natural.
