Every day I always learn to make various drinks, which I learn on YouTube and tutorials in any application, slowly I see some of the content that I learn to make I made a post in this community.
Today I will make a drink from Telang flowers which I will process into a beautiful and attractive drink.
Apart from being able to drink the Telang flower, it has a lot of benefits, friend.
This butterfly pea flower has a very beautiful color, this butterfly pea flower can be processed directly, or you can dry it first, depending on your taste, friend.
Among other things, benefits :

MATERIAL
- eggplant flower
- Sugar 7 tablespoons
- Agar 1 fruit
- Ice cubes to taste
- Milk to taste adjust
- Water 1 glass/300 ml
Step 1
Heat the water, then add the Telang flower leaves, wait until it boils and the color becomes bluish
Then drain, and the fruit part of the flower.
Step 2
Then heat the water that was drained earlier, which has turned bluish in color, then add the sugar and agar agar. Stir until it boils.
Then wait half a minute, then put the ice into a small basin, then pour in the boiled water, stir stir slowly, until it becomes small lumps, and add a little milk.
Step 3
The last step of serving it, put it in the glass that we will drink.
