Hi bloggers and community. Today I want to share a beautiful drink. This drink is made from beautiful flowers that have just been picked from their stems. Butterfly pea flowers are one of my favorites. I usually use them to make tea or as a natural food coloring for some of my dishes. Today, I will share how I enjoy these beautiful flowers as tea.
Ingredients:
- 7 butterfly pea flowers
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon honey
Steps:
- Prepare 300 ml of hot water
- Pour into a glass containing the butterfly pea flowers
Let sit for 5 minutes
While waiting, prepare the lemon
- Cut the lemon into several pieces
- Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice, then set aside
- Pour the cooled butterfly pea infusion into a glass
- Add 1 tbsp of honey
- Add ice cubes
Pour in the lemon juice prepared earlier
Stir well
- The butterfly pea lemonade iced tea is ready to drink
