Carrot juice with a kick

Today is all about homemade carrot juice with a touch of alcohol to make it different from the regular juice out there.

Ingredients are

3 pieces of carrots

100 ml of dry gin (alcohol)

1 piece of apple

2 tablespoons of sugar

Procedure

I rinse the carrots and the apple, then cut them into smaller pieces because I will be blending them.

After that I poured them into the blender, then I added one cup of water inside for blending.

After that, I placed a sieve on a clean bowl, then poured the blended fruits into it, and then I made use of a tablespoon to press it down until there was no juice in the shaft again.

I threw the shaft away and then put the juice aside.

I poured water into the two tablespoons of sugar, and the reason why I added water first was because I needed it to dissolve completely. I stir the sugar inside the water to make sure it has dissolved, and after that I pour it in the juice and then stir it again.

Lastly, I added the alcohol to spice it up. Hahaha, that was the best and most special part of the juice, you know. The taste was unique and different and, after the course, sweet at the same time, so I turned inside a clean cup for consumption.
