Carrots and tomatoes are a very good vegetable combination for health, especially for improving digestive health. They also boost immunity because they contain vitamin C, which is known to fight infection. So, there's no harm in diligently consuming them every day.
Yes, even though I myself rarely drink healthy drinks like this, it all started with my mother who always, almost every day, wanted me to make juice without sugar, only using my water as a mixture of fruit, I also started to follow my mother's habits like this, yes, even though I rarely do it, but today I really want to drink this healthy juice.
Meanwhile, my mother always stocks vegetables and fruit in the refrigerator so I can easily make juice for 2 portions, one for me and one for my mother.
Well, rather than lingering here, I will immediately make this simple but healthy juice. If you are curious, see the ingredients I use, they are indeed very simple.
Materials used
1 large tomato
500 ml water
Manufacturing procedure
First I will peel the carrot skin and I will cut the carrot into small pieces and I will also cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
then I put the carrots and tomatoes into the blender and also put in 1 glass of water and I started blending it
I blended it until the ingredients were smooth and then I poured it straight into a glass.
RESULTS
this is my healthy juice today, the juice is really healthy without adding granulated sugar in it, it tastes a little bland but that doesn't matter for me who loves vegetables, a little advice, you can make healthy juice with your favorite vegetables or fruit at home, and you will feel the pleasure of the healthy drink you drink
So, if you want a healthy juice, try making carrot and tomato juice. Mixing these two ingredients makes the juice even fresher when enjoyed. Apart from being healthy, tomato and carrot juice can also make our skin naturally bright. Isn't natural skin care more recommended?
