🍹Refreshing Vitamin C Drink with Green Malta & Chia seed🍹

Welcome to my blog! I hope you all are doing well and taking care of yourselves during this hot weather. Although it's extremely hot here right now, it's very important to look after our health during such times. After all, your well-being matters the most to you. I'm sure you understand how essential it is to stay healthy, because when the body is healthy, the mind stays healthy too.

Anyway, the current heat makes it feel extremely hot. In such weather, drinking a refreshing beverage is definitely more suitable than eating heavy food. Just one glass of a cold drink can make you feel light and refreshed. So, during hot days, try to drink beverages rich in Vitamin C or even try making them at home. If you have Vitamin C-rich fruits at home and make a drink from them, it will surely keep your body healthy and your mind refreshed

Friends, it was extremely hot today, which made me feel very thirsty. I was also feeling quite uncomfortable physically. So, I made a healthy drink using a Vitamin C-rich fruit green malta (sweet lime). I added chia seeds to the drink as well. As we all know, consuming fruits rich in Vitamin C boosts our immune system. Chia seeds also have many health benefits.they help reduce fatigue, aid in weight loss, improve skin and hair health, and are beneficial for preventing strokes and heart disease.So today, I would like to share with you how I prepared this drink. Let’s take a look at how it was made👇
Ingredient:
Ingredient: 🍁1 green sweet orange
🍁1 tbsp sugar
🍁1 teasp normal salt
🍁1 teasp chia seed
🍁1 glass clean water
🍁1 teasp orange flavour powder


Instructionn
Instructionn - First, I washed the malta thoroughly with clean water and then sliced it nicely

- I poured water into a glass and added the juice of the malta into it

- Now I added salt and sugar to the mixture.

- I added some orange-flavored powder.


- Now I mixed all the ingredients well

- I added chia seeds to the mixture


- Finally, the drink was ready

- After keeping the drink in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill



Serve chilled
- You can serve it cold or with ice cubes for an extra refreshing taste.I drank it myself and felt instantly refreshed.


This drink not only cools you down in the heat but also boosts immunity, helps with digestion, improves skin and hair health, and even supports heart health.
