January was like yesterday friends but here we are moving and now right into April, 2024, most of all with good health and thriving. This is loving , amazing and calls for gratitude ๐
And because of the healthy lifestyle we have adapted, giving and taking good healthy drinks ๐น to always boost our system, we will stay strong ๐ช even better as the year continue running ๐โโ๏ธ.
My recipe for today friends is one I have made with love โค๏ธ to share with you guys. A recipe of an antioxidants boost of our immune system and one that we can cleanse with. This drink ๐บ a combination of fresh coconut ๐ด๐ฅฅ water and cucumber, adding touch of turmeric and ginger. This coconut ๐ฅฅ I used motivated me to prepare this healthy drink because when I saw it as big as it looks, I know it will have lots of water ๐ฆ and it did.
This is the combination we need to prepare ourselves and stay healthy as the months roll by. And also the need to cleanse our system for those of us who loves eating chocolates and sugary snacks. Its straightforward and so simple to make.
I invite you guys to join me as I show you how quickly this drink can be made readily.
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 glass of fresh coconut ๐ด water ๐ฆ
1 large fresh cucumber
3/4 glass of natural water
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon of premium sugar
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
To prepare this drink, I will first crack the coconut to leak out the water
Here I gently allow the water to drip .And gradually leaked out all the water.
Step 2.
Next I transferred the coconut water into a glass and keep aside.
Step 3.
The cucumber I will wash, sterilize and cut to remove the seeds
Step 4.
I will strip cup the cucumber further and chop them into pieces for easy blending.
As in here above.
Step 5.
To blend I will take the cucumber into the blender, adding water to blend it separately first.
As in here, blended to smoothie first.
Step 6.
And I will sieve the cucumber water out,
As in here . Allow to drain properly.
Step 7.
I will proceed to add all other ingredients together with the cucumber ๐ฅ drink . The coconut water, ginger, sugar and the turmeric.
Step 8.
I will re-blend all the ingredients together to obtain this slight lemon ๐ color which the total combination turned into. Buts its not lemon ๐ but the coconut ๐ฅฅ water and bit of turmeric.
Step 9.
Will finally sieve it again to remove any residual as in above.
Step 10.
Then will serve this antioxidants boost we need to stay healthy and thriving ๐.
And we enjoy this antioxidants boost for that healthy immune system we need. Its a quick and simple procedure recipe. And an inexpensive one, but a worth for any time put into preparing it because its a life saver. I will take it into the refrigerator to chill it and preserve for a day since It works better first thing in the morning to help cleansing our system. You will definitely love this healthy drink ๐น
