I hope you are all doing great, enjoying health with good amazingdrinks like we should always do to keep fit.Today I love to share a healthy carrot 🥕 and tomatoes 🍅 juice recipe I made because I bought some fresh carrots from grocery and had cherry tomatoes in the pantry.
And as the weather is beginning to get warmer, I needed to drink some healthy blend , which is why I decided to make carrot tomatoes juice 🥤 to see how good it taste since am making it for the first time.
The process I took to finally make this juice is one I love 💕, although it took a bit of time consuming but came out with lovely finishing 🥤.
.Here I share the step by step process of this amazing juice drink .
INGREDIENTS: ( # 1 serving)
2 large fresh carrot
1 large cherry tomatoes
11/2 glass of water
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
To commence the recipe, I will first scrape and clean the carrots before washing them thoroughly.
Step 2.
Then will gradually grate the carrot using the fish shape wonderful grater ,

Step 3.
Will set the grated carrots aside here above.
Step 4.
I will as well grate the tomatoes as above.
Having them both readily here above.
Step 5
Next I will take the two ingredients into the pot for boiling.
Adding water here.
Step 6.
Then place it on the cooker, covering it to boil for just 2 minutes.
Step 7.
To blend, I will leave it to cool to room temperature, then turn everything into the blender for blending.
Gradually will blend it to obtain more juice 🥤.
Step 8.
Will sieve the blend to extract the juice from the carrots 🥕 and tomatoes 🍅.
And here has the remains, which can be used for sauce.
Step 9.
Will re-sieve it here again for the pure carrot 🥕 tomatoes healthy juice .
Pure carrots, tomatoes juice so refreshing.
