Today am joining in the Amazingdrinks Community Contest as proposed to us by our dear friend to celebrate 🎉 the amazing drinks of the world 🌎. The theme of the contest this time is: “YOUR FAVORITE FRUIT (FOR JUICE)”
In this very contest we are to present and discuss more on our favorite fruit, why we love it, what is its scientific name, when we first tested the fruit, and then present a delicious juice prepared from our favorite fruit.
My favorite fruit which I have demonstrated lots of time here in Amazingdrinks Community is mangoes 🥭. I love this fruit so much that I can eat it as lunch 🥙 or even dinner 🥘. I inherited love for this fruit through my mother who will always bring in a basket 🧺 full of mangoes 🥭 every morning from a mango tree 🌳that was planted at the back of our garden then while growing up.
It appears then as I remembered now that the tree use to be filled with ripped mangoes hanging all around it, and will gradually be falling one by one on its own without any force because they are well ripped and succulent 🥭.The first time I ate mango was at my very early age, then seeing the basket filled with mangoes I will ask my mother for some which she will wash and give them to me. I will eat and even ask for more , but she will tell me that I have had enough for the time being to prevent me from developing some stomach upset from eating excess of it.
The scientific name for mango 🥭 is Mangifera Indica (MI). We dan as well identify it as Mango or Aam. More studies shows that mangoes has been used in Ayurvedic and indigenous medicine for over 4, 000 years. Mangoes are however members of the genus Mangirefa, which includes approximately 30 species of tropical 🌴fruiting trees 🌳 in flowering plant family Anacardiaceae.
Here I will take you through the step by step for preparing this simple healthy and delicious mango 🥭 juice I prepared from my favorite fruit for juice adding to it just little turmeric to give it a good blend for digestive system, immune boost , heart ♥️ health, skin health and many others.
INGREDIENTS:
4 well ripped mangoes
1glass of spring water1
/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
2 tablespoons of premium sugar
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
To begin preparation I will first wash properly the mangoes and sterilize them. Leave them to dry off water in the strainer.
Step 2.
I will then go on to cut slash the mango flesh off the seed one by one.
Step 3.
And will peel off the back , cutting them into tiny chops for blending. As shown above.
Step 4.
And once the cutting is done , I will be set to bend the mangoes.
Step 5.
I will then take the chopped mangoes into the blender, adding the turmeric, the sugar and the water
Step 6.
Then blend them gradually into a puree of a healthy delicious juice of quality.
Step 7.
And will serve it in a beautiful glass jar 🏺 preparing to take it into the refrigerator for a bit of chilling to bring out its satisfying fulfillment.
