Today friends I greet you with lots of affections πas we continue to drink and enjoy something healthy In whatever way we choose to make our drinks πΉ.
So today I made a parfait that is in a mixture of strawberry π yogurt π¦, oats and maize flakes . Adding some delicious bananas π as toppings to this parfait to make it more delightful.
This very parfait is healthy and nutritious and a kind of delicacy mixture we need after the dayβs activities to relax ourselves. We can also choose any yogurt π¦ flavor of our choice in preparing this parfait.
Here are the step by step for preparing this parfait.
INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of strawberry yogurt ππ¦
1/2 glass of oats flakes
1/2 glass of maize flakes
2 finger bananas π
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
4 teaspoon of powdered milk π₯
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 teaspoon of premium sugar
Steps For Preparation:
Step 1.
The first thing to do is peel the banana, slice and mash it into pudding and keep ready.
Step 2.
I will go on to pour the oats, the maize flakes adding the powdered milk and sugar in a bowl π₯£ before adding the hot water to mix them all together into a meal π₯.
Step 3.
Then I will add the cocoa powder to the mixture and inculcate it evenly.
Step 4.
Next I will add the mixture into the mashed banana π and evenly mix both mixtures properly.
Step 5.
Finally I added the vanilla extract to give it a vanilla taste bud flavor with more stir..
Step 6.
I will then move to make the parfait by using the strawberry π yogurt π¦ to prepare the mixture layer by layer first pouring the yogurt and adding the mixed meal into it.
Then I went on to layer it with some maize flakes before more of the mixed meal, also some slices of bananas, yogurts and oats flakes to the parfait to make it look more deliciously appetizing.
And its all ready and served. But to enjoy the parfait more, I will refrigerate it for about 20 minutes to chill up for yummy bud taste.
