I was looking for a name for this recipe that is a combination of just two flavors of rum and a fruit juice, especially that of a tropical like pineapples with blended cafe rum 🍹. And the final search result for the recipe is called Mai Tai. And as you can see from the above glass of cocktail, the glass is layered like with a shadow.
This Mai Tai recipe is made with two flavors of rum mixed with pineapple 🍍 or orange 🍊 juice but here I have used a delicious store bought pineapple can juice which combined well enough for this recipe, adding some diced peel cucumber 🥒 to add compliment the pineapple with a mix taste.
The perfectness being the ice cubes to add some chill and frizzy look that left it appetizing and wanting. A drink for a hot summer day at the beach 🏝 or a get-together party for friends. It taste so delicious that you will crave for more. Simple but very interesting.

INGREDIENTS:
A can of pineapple juice 5 ml cap of Captain Jack(Blended Cafe Rum) 1:4 of a large cucumber Glass to serve
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
The first step I took in making this recipe is to cut, peel and dice the cucumber. As here above

We bring out some ice 🧊 cubes readily here above.
And add them in our choice of glass cup.
Step 3.
Next we add the peeled cucumber 🥒 here above.
Step 4.
And its time to add our pineapple juice into the glass cup

We measure out 5 ml of captain Jack rum above.
And we add it into the glass creating layering of shadows.
