Currently I am outside the city and not only outside the city but outside my province too. Thus, the culture in my city and the city I came to is very different. The city of Padang that I visited has very delicious culinary delights because the spices they use are very strong and they are not stingy on spices, so I don't pay attention to my healthy program. I want to taste all the food and drinks in this city, no matter whether the food and drinks are healthy for my body or not, this city is like a culinary paradise for me, even though in my own city there are lots of delicious food and drinks too.
The plan is that I will go on holiday to West Sumatra Province for 10 days with my wife. and today is the 4th day I have been in this province. The first to the third day I was in this province I felt like my life was fine, until the fourth day came, where my digestion was a little disturbed and I felt uncomfortable about it, because usually in my city every day I always drink mineral water. enough, don't forget the vegetables and fruit that I consume every day, but while I'm here the food and drinks that always enter my body are sweet drinks and very thick coconut milk without any vegetables and fruit entering my body and it turns out This is a problem for me because my body doesn't accept it anymore.
On the 4th day I was in this city, it turned out that my digestion was disturbed and I was constipated, my stomach felt full and uncomfortable, so I decided to look for fruit here and coincidentally my wife bought fruit when we went to the supermarket last night because my wife also experienced the same thing as me. . However, because I was rushed for time, I decided to make these fruit smoothies while at the lake we visited.
Actually, I have never made this combination of smothies before and I feel that these smothies are not connected at all, but I only have this fruit and why am I forcing to combine green tomatoes with pears because pears which have a sweet, slightly bland taste will become fresh with a slight sour taste in these green tomatoes. and the ingredients are quite easy because I only need:
- ½ pear
- 1 tomato
- water
How I made:
1. Peel the pears then wash them
2. Wash the tomatoes and I did it at the same time as the pears to save the water I brought.
3. After that, add half the water to the blender so that it can spin to the maximum
4. Turn the blender several times until all the fruit is smooth
5. Pear tomato fruit smoothies, I will drink them right now while enjoying the lake view.
If we talk about the taste, frankly, I don't really like it, this feels foreign to me, especially now I don't add sugar or any sweeteners to my smoothies, but because of the need for fiber and other minerals in the body I have to drink it and it was proven the afternoon after I drank it. With these smoothies, I can get rid of residual substances in my body..ha..ha.. being healthy is not difficult. The hard part is resisting the temptation of unhealthy food itself..ha..ha..
