The recipe I made was inspired by my wife, but I will make this recipe according to my taste. It's the rainy season and this afternoon it rained heavily so I wanted to drink something hot but not tea and coincidentally in my fridge there was still a little black grass jelly left and this was enough to make 1 glass of hot grass jelly which I mixed with milk sweet thick as a complement.
The way to make it is very simple according to my very minimal skills in managing food and drinks, but now I can mix it simply myself. Not only is the method simple, but the ingredients used are also very simple, you can make it at home and when you go camping with your family who need enough fiber.
The ingredients needed to make my drink are:
- Black CINCAU
When I used this black grass jelly I didn't understand how much weight of grass jelly I was using, apart from the fact that this was the only thing left in my fridge, using too much grass jelly while using too little water also I'm sure affected the taste of the drink. - Granulated sugar
Because I only made 1 portion, I only used 1 spoonful of granulated sugar and I think it was quite sweet - Sweetened condensed milk
Because in my city a lot of sachets of milk like this are sold, I prefer sweetened condensed milk with a measurement like this because I think it is very suitable for just 1 portion of drink, and this sweetened condensed milk weighs 38 grams - 1 glass of water
How to make:
1. Pour water into the milk pan
2. After that, pour in the sweetened condensed milk
3. Don't forget to add granulated sugar
4. After that, cook until it boils
5. While waiting for the milk to boil, I grated the grass jelly using a cheese grater so that the results were smoother.
6. Then after the milk boils I put it in a glass and I pour the black grass jelly into the glass.
7. It's very easy and you can enjoy a glass of hot grass jelly milk.
This is my own pure recipe. If you want to modify this recipe according to your taste, please do so because everything we make depends on our taste buds and I'm sure it also depends on the availability of ingredients around you. Good luck trying this recipe and greetings from me TomiDiwirja, Indonesia
