congratulations to those of you who can live a healthy life and I have implemented this healthy life for the past 1 year with my wife and I am happy that we can support each other for that and one thing that supports my healthy lifestyle apart from exercise is consuming smoothies in the morning which has become a habit . and today I will again make green smoothies, a combination of fruit and vegetables which have a different composition of course. You can see this composition for yourself in the information I have included below
materials needed :
1. 1 fresh pear
2. 1 kiwi fruit
3. 50 grams of mustard greens
4. 150 ML water.
how to make :
1. Clean the mustard greens down to the mustard stems and wash them using clean water then drain them first and the same goes for the other ingredients. then chop the mustard greens and put them in the blender
2. After that, add the kiwi that I peeled previously and cut into pieces and put them together in a blender
3. Then the last fruit to go in was the pear which I peeled, but if you don't want to peel the pear, it doesn't matter, the important thing is to wash the pear thoroughly and don't forget to drain it so that the washing water doesn't get into the blender later.
4. After that, mix the water, I didn't use much water because I wanted to make thick smoothies
5. Then I blended it until smooth by grinding it several times.
6. After that, without filtering it first, I immediately enjoyed the fresh smoothie.
This combination of ingredients is able to eliminate the taste of mustard greens which I'm sure many people don't like here. The important role of kiwi fruit is that it is slightly sour in making the mustard taste completely disappear. Even though the taste is gone, the nutritional content in it is still the same, right? You can add ice cubes to this recipe, but my wife and I have gotten used to consuming fresh smoothies in the morning, so when I don't consume them it feels like something is missing. These smoothies can meet our daily fiber needs, fill us up and can reduce the desire to consume fried foods which are a favorite among Indonesian people.
