The weather this afternoon is very hot, it's nice to drink something fresh. Because I have 2 young coconuts given by my neighbor so I thought of making something fresh and can be enjoyed together from young coconut.

The benefits of coconut water are not only to quench thirst, but also good for the health of the body. In addition to being able to overcome symptoms of mild dehydration, there are various benefits of coconut water that can be obtained, such as lowering high blood pressure and many others.

Young coconut is very easy to get in my area, almost all houses have trees except in my house haha, even though I don't have the tree I am very grateful to have a kind neighbor, who always gives me coconuts for free.
Usually I drink young coconut just like that, but today I want to enjoy it by adding a little lime and syrup to make it taste better, sweeter, and refreshing. Let's see the ingredients and how to make it:

- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 young coconuts
- 2 tablespoons syrup (I use kurnia syrup)
- 1/2 lime
- Ice cubes to taste
First step: Split the coconut and pour the water into a container

Step two: Scoop out the young coconut meat until it is gone and then put it in a container. Add granulated sugar, stir until the sugar is evenly mixed.

Third step: Add syrup and squeeze lime, stir again, add ice cubes and young coconut ice is ready to serve.

In terms of appearance, isn't it interesting? Hehe. The taste is indeed extraordinary, the coconut flesh is soft, the water is sweet and fresh from the lime juice. In my opinion, the taste is just right if you want it to be fresher, you can add 1/2 more lime or one lime according to taste (lime can be replaced with lemon). From 2 young coconuts produce 4 glasses of young coconut ice. Try making it, it tastes delicious and fresh, very suitable to be enjoyed during hot weather. Enjoy!
