Hello everyone. Today I decided to get up earlier than usual to make a pineapple, green apple, and cucumber smoothie. It's perfect for many things, like bowel movements, freshness, and hydration. It's also rich in fiber and diuretic, perfect for people who want to lose weight or suffer from fluid retention.

- 200 gramos de piña.
- 1 manzana verde.
- 1/2 pepino.
- 1 vaso con agua.

For this drink, which I recommend drinking in the morning on an empty stomach or in the afternoon after meals, it's delicious with the fiber and refreshing properties of the cucumber. The following ingredients are included:
- 200 grams of pineapple
- 1 green apple
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 glass of water
- No sugar needed; pineapple is sweet and is enough.
To prepare this drink, I removed the skin, or shell, or rind from the pineapple—there are so many names for this. I washed the apple thoroughly, diced the cucumber, and blended it with the water.
While blending, let it blend for at least a minute to ensure all the ingredients are well combined. Pineapple is rich in bromelain and fiber, which helps the intestines and is ideal for weight loss, and is a diuretic. Cucumber is naturally hydrating and refreshing, and even better for skin. I remove the seeds and use it often. Green apple isn't my favorite, but it's good for this type of smoothie or natural drink.
Well, now enjoy this fiber-rich green drink that's great for your body. I recommend drinking this drink three times a week, preferably in the morning, or after lunch. I've also had it. It helps with digestion and isn't bad at all. By the way, I forgot to mention that I added half a tablespoon of grated ginger when I blended it in the blender; it makes it even more delicious.
