It's a pleasure to return after a break, friends of this wonderful community. Today I am sharing with you a drink that my children love, because they really like everything that has milk due to the texture and flavor that it brings to the combinations of fruits and milk, on this occasion a blackberry and milk smoothie.
- 250 gramos de moras frescas o congeladas.
- 6 cucharadas de leche completa.
- 3 cucharas de azúcar.
- agua para su preparación.
To make this delicious smoothie I will tell you that the ingredients are simple and easy to obtain, they are:
- 250 grams of fresh or frozen blackberries.
- 6 tablespoons of whole milk.
- 3 spoons of sugar.
- water for preparation.
The preparation is easy and quick, we place the blackberries in the blender and add the sugar and with cold water we put it in the blender. When in the process, the milk powder will be added to improve the texture and flavor.
At the time of blending the blackberries with the sugar and water necessary for their preparation, we add the tablespoons of milk and let it homogenize, my children do not like the seeds and that is why I strain them with a sieve or strainer, and then serve this fruit smoothies with milk very cold, rich in vitamins and minerals for everyone.
So, let's drink juice or natural smoothies with whole milk or a similar milk as a family to enjoy together as a family. It is important to know whether or not one is intolerant to whole milk and then you can use another type of milk such as oatmeal or almond milk to help facilitate digestion and everyone likes it.
