Delicious guava and beet juice.
Hello to all the friends of this #amazingdrinks community, today with a lot of energy and with many reasons for joy despite the adversities of life, I want to share with you an excellent drink that provides a lot of vitamins, especially the B complex, recommended for people with low hemoglobin or anemia problems among other things.
The ingredients are as follows for this delicious and nutritious drink:
- 1 beet.
- 4 guavas.
- 3 glasses with water.
- sugar to taste.
Important fact: So that the juice has a creamy consistency and a striking and appetizing color, cook the guavas for 5 minutes, after resting they are used to blend with the raw beets.
Before placing the ingredients in the blender, we must remove the skin from the beet and cut the previously cooked or semi-cooked guava into pieces, so that it does not lose its properties with so much cooking. Then in the blender I used cold water and added all the ingredients and the sugar just a little since the beet is sweet. and I proceeded to blend.
After a minute of mixing in the blender, we pass the guava seeds and beet pulp through a strainer. The pulp and seeds help me make some good-colored puddings, but it's another recipe hehehehe. Once passed through a strainer you will realize that this drink is very good.
I recommend this drink on days of discouragement, personally I drink it because I like it, secondly it is natural and nutritious, guava together with beet is a good combination for the body. In my personal case, I take it often because my hemoglobin is low and I have a fibroid growing behind my uterus and I feel that drinking this mixture gives me energy. I am looking for natural solutions to avoid surgery and what better than "Mother Nature" who gives us the best of herself for us.
