Hoy quiero compartirles la #receta de una deliciosa bebida de yogurt con guayaba, el yogur es por nucho mi bebida favorita, combinado con cualquier fruta; por lo general se mezcla con fresa 🍓 durazno 🍑 y piña, pero a mí me gusta probar con otras frutas ;en esta oportunidad lo mezclé con guayaba, la cual aporta a la bebida la cantidad de nutrientes que ella posee y el dulzor , resultando en una bebida nutritiva y deliciosa.

I show you the step by step:
200 ml de yogurt natural
1 guayaba madura
Azúcar, si es necesario.
200 ml natural yoghurt
1 ripe guava
Sugar, if necessary.
Después de lavar muy bien la guayaba y retirar la cáscara, la llevo a la licuadora junto con el yogurt y una cucharada de azúcar y se licúa fuertemente hasta que esté todo mezclado.
After washing the guava very well and removing the peel, I take it to the blender together with the yoghurt and a spoonful of sugar and blend it vigorously until it is all mixed together.
Se pasa la mezcla pero una coladera para retirar la semillas de la guayaba.
Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove the guava seeds.
