CRship is like a practice ground of leadership for the future. But it’s true that it takes time for a student who has just entitled for a CR. We can't deny that they have to face lot's of responsibilities. But behavior of a person is a thing which can't be changed by others. Behavior and personality defines a person. A leader should have these quality with a proper decision making ability. This is how one becomes true leader.
