Recently I had been through an argument on decision making strategy with a dear friend of mine. Though the setting was not much pleasing as was a small Tea-stall by the highway. But me and my friend enjoy having a cup of tea and gossip stuffs.
Sometimes we talk about usual hoax or gossips that are flowing around the surroundings right now. But we do talk about important things; it is not regularly though. But I think today is a different type of day.
I like my friend and his crystal clear concepts about the facts we usually overlook. That is what amaze me al the time.
I want to share the gist of todays Adda! I hope the things I've come to understanding might made some kind of impression upon you. And you may star to re/de-think about your decision making strategies.
So, let me share it. And to be specific you can consider it as our personal views towards our strategies.
Let's dive into thm....!
The popular ideas about decision making strategies are narrowly oversimplified or that much hard to be perceived by the common people. The universally acknowledged ones are like, studying the subject matter properly, know the ins and outs, keeping the fact of capabilities as well as potentials, find the opportunities and of course the presumption of profits.
Successful investors and business persons have their unique style and perception about decision making. But above mentioned ones are the significant areas of concern I presume.
My friend told me about a successful businessman who always keep faith on his feelings while taking his decisions. He is an honest and well educated and cultured person. My friend had a chance to meet him personally as he is currently working with a sister concern wing of his galaxy like business empire.
During that meeting, my friend asked him how he made his revolutionary business decisions that changed his life entirely. The wise man replied in a prophetic manner that he has ultimate faith to the almighty and his honesty as well as his some sort of feeling which tells him to go ahead.
According to his opinion, if you follow your heart you will definitely know when is the time. Your own heart will tell you that it is the time. Suppose, take your case as an example. If you ask me why the hell I've chosen you as my employee. Let me tell you the fact.
I still remember your recruitment day; you did good in the written part and I guess a bit tensed about the viva voce. The wise men gave a long time to my friend. I think he likes my friend as his employee. Yes, my friend is that kind of cool dude! The boss continues....
While I was talking to you and I clearly can remember you made a good impression there naturally. I liked that. And believe it or not I had the subtle positive feeling about you and I thing I came into believing that you are a productive and energetic gentleman. And see, you proved it pretty successfully. You've got two promotions, isn't it. And of course you contributed a lot to my company.
See you are a good or what should I say successful decisions I'd made. Ha ha!
His views are simple and natural. He usually says, decision making is a crucial thing because it has the power to change your future which is surprising thing indeed. If one is honest and clear in their ideas about the thing they are dealing with; have faith on their feelings that directly derives from the bottom of the heart can never go in vain. It is and only it is the simple magic of my successful career as you see now.
My friend says, it was the forever memorable evening of his life. He learned a lot of things that day. Moreover, it made him to think about his way of treating the fact of decision making with a greater outlook.
I simply thought I should share it with you folks.
