আমার মনে হয়না এখনো কোন শিল্প রচনা করেছি। সেজন্য নিজেকে শিল্পী বলার ধৃষ্টতা না করাই শ্রেয়। তবে আলাপন সহজ করতে ধরে নিলাম আমি একজন শিল্পী (নস্যি) এবং হাইভে যারাই আছে সবাই এক প্রকার শিল্পী।
Can't really be an imposter to show audacity of declaring myself as an artist, but let's say for the sake of argument, we all are artists thriving in hive with whatever we have to offer to earn some cents.

যে আমার মত বাংলা লেখে, বাঙ্গালদের আবেগের গোড়া ধরে নাড়াচাড়া দিয়ে দুটো পয়সা কামানোর ধান্দায় থাকে সেও শিল্পী, যে সারাদিন কেবল গেম খেলে আয় করছে সেও শিল্পী, যে লিও ফাইন্যান্সে বৈশ্বিক অর্থনীতি নিয়ে তোলপাড় করে ফেলছে সেও শিল্পী!
মজার ব্যাপার হলো, আমার মত কন আর্টিস্ট যে শীল্পের নাম করে দু'ডলার হাতিয়ে নেয়ার তালে থাকে, তার পাশাপাশি সমান তালে এখানে বিরাজ করছে সত্যিকারের সংজ্ঞায়িত শিল্পীরাও!
চিত্রগ্রাহক, গায়ক, চিত্রশিল্পী, চারু-কারূ শিল্পী যারা আদতেই শিল্পের রচনা করছে!
My personal experience regarding quality art and financial freedom is that "Most intellectual artists suffer pecuniary hardships for a very long time!"
They often seems to contend to surmount of this hardship until they reach a certain level that is a mere dream for some artist in their entire lifeline.
Which precedents these days artists to be inclined more into market analysis of how much flashy the content should be to catch attention of the audience; instead of authentic creativity and majestical beauty in art.
Consequentially these circumstances are leading to a questionable quality of the art pieces in every context!

আমার দেশীয় অভিজ্ঞতা শিল্পীদের নিয়ে, শিল্পী মাত্রেই তারা অর্থকষ্টে ভুগবে। বলছিনা নুন আনতে পান্তা ফুরোয় গোছের, তবে স্বচ্ছল বলাও যায় না। যদিনা রবি ঠাকুরের মত কেউ বাপাতি সম্পত্তির বলে প্রিভিলিজড না হন! আমাদের পাতি শিল্পীদের মধ্যে যেটা কাজ করে- এই ধরুন আমার কথাই বলি-
শিল্পের শৈল্পিকতা ও সে শীল্প রস আস্বাদনে মনোনিবেশ করার চেয়ে অধিক আগ্রহ থাকে কোন রচনা "পাঠক খাবে ভালো"। যে জন্য বলা যায়, লেখার উন্নতির চেয়ে অধিক সময় ব্যয় হচ্ছে বাজারের মতিগতি বোঝার প্রচেষ্টায়। শক্ত হাতে বাজার ধরে রাখার চেষ্টায় খরচ হচ্ছে সব মেধা!
So only focusing over the quality has becoming harder, unless an artist has achieved financial freedom before starting art persuasion.

আজকাল সব শিল্পীই আগে দৌড়ান অন্ন-বস্ত্রের ব্যবস্থা করতে। তারপর ফুরসৎ মিললে খানিকটা শিল্পের চর্চা করতে।
