Chicken biryani also known as Dum biryani, Chicken Byani is a delicious dish that makes healthy food. However, there is a unique way of serving biryani in each area. Some offer it with Raita and some offer it with Chili Salan. The list is long, but the taste is really Good. Will lock you up Chicken Biryani is one of the most popular dishes you can find in the world and it is full of different spices. It's an interesting combination of rice and Chicken. One of the best things about making biryani is that it has many layers that add different flavors and colors. Some ingredients that are used for biryani are the onion, chicken, chilli sauce, rice, Salt, biryani masala, Knor chicken etc. bryani masala is used to make more tasty and spicy.
Ingredients
- 2 cup boiled rice
- half KG chicken
- 2 Onion
- 2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- salt as your taste
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon bay leaf
- 2 clove
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 teaspoon red chilli
- 1 packet Biryani masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- tomatoes
Steps of delicious Biryani
Heat the cocking oil on the medium flame. after one minute add onion into the oil and frying it till at brown color. then add chicken into the brown onion and fry it well then add ginger, red chilli, salt, turmeric, biryani masala, and garam masala etc in it.
now add 1 cup of water and fry it into medium flame. after this step take a deep buttom cocking frypan, then make one layer of boil rice then make one layer of chilli salan . same as it is make more layer of boil rice and chilli salan like this.
after this put it on the low flame after fivw minutes take it off. so Chicken bryani is ready to eat with yummy and spicy taste.
